Removal and Installation

Remove the air cleaner outlet tube. Refer to AIR CLEANER INTAKE PIPE -- 2.0L ZETEC .
Disconnect the idle air control (IAC) valve electrical connector.

Remove the two bolts and the IAC valve.
1. Discard the gasket.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
1. Install a new gasket.
