Speed Control Cable - 3.0L: Removal

Remove the accelerator cable snow shield.
Disconnect the cruise control cable from the throttle body.
1. Disconnect the cruise control cable from the throttle lever.
2. Disconnect the cruise control cable from the accelerator cable bracket.

Press the locking tab and rotate the cruise control cable cap to remove

Disconnect the cruise control cable from the cruise control actuator pulley.
1. Gently push the retaining spring.
2. Disconnect the cruise control cable slug from the cruise control actuator pulley.
