Engine/Transmission Mount Neutralizing Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle; See LIFTING .
  2. Loosen, but do not remove, the engine and transmission mount fasteners.
  3. Lower the vehicle.
  4. Operate the vehicle in forward and reverse.
  5. Raise and support the vehicle; See LIFTING .
  6. Tighten the engine and transmission mount fasteners.
  7. Lower the vehicle.
  8. Perform a road test.
