Manual Transaxle: Synchronizers: Assembly

NOTE:
  • Align the index marks during assembly.
  1. Assemble the synchronizer.
    1. Position the synchronizer hub and sleeve together.
    2. Install the synchronizer hub inserts.
      3. CAUTION:
      • When assembling the synchronizer springs make sure the springs are offset from one another.

    3. Install the synchronizer springs.
