Accessory Socket Inspection

Remove the accessory socket. (See ACCESSORY SOCKET REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
Inspect for continuity between the accessory socket terminals B and C using an ohmmeter as shown in the figure.
- If not as specified, replace the accessory socket.
