Selector Lever Cable Adjustment

Place the floor shift selector lever in the DRIVE position.

Loosen the fastener holding the Z-bracket to the transaxle shift bracket and rotate the Z-bracket counterclockwise to allow access to the shift cable/transaxle bracket interface.

Loosen the gearshift cable adjuster to adjust the cable by turning it 1/4 turn counterclockwise.

Place the transaxle manual control lever in the DRIVE position.

Tighten the cable adjustment ring by turning it clockwise 1/4 turn.

Rotate the Z-bracket clockwise over the shift cable end fitting and tighten the fastener.

Tightening Torque:

11 Nm {1.1 kgf-m, 11 lb-in}
