DTC P0454 (MZI-3.5) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSES

DTC P0454 Fuel tank pressure sensor intermittent
DETECTION CONDITION 
  • The fuel tank pressure changes more than 14 inches of water in 0.10 s.
POSSIBLE CAUSE 
  • Intermittent open or short in the fuel tank pressure sensor or the fuel tank pressure sensor signal
  • Fuel tank pressure sensor malfunction
