Resistance Inspection
- Remove the battery cover. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [L3 WITH TC] .)
- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Disconnect the MAF/IAT sensor.
- Measure the resistance between the MAF/IAT sensor terminals D and E using a tester.
- If not as specified, replace the MAF/IAT sensor. (SeeINTAKE-AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
