Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor Inspection
CAUTION:
- The IAT sensor cannot be removed as a single unit. When replacing the IAT sensor, replace it together with the MAF sensor as a single unit.
- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Disconnect the MAF/IAT sensor connector.
- Verify that the resistance between terminals D and E is within the specification.
- If not within the specification, replace the MAF/IAT sensor. (See PCM CONFIGURATION .)
