Assembly Procedure

Measure the spring free length.

Servo return spring (Standard)

SERVO RETURN SPRING SPECIFICATIONS

Outer diameter mm {in}	Free length mm {in}	No. of coils	Wire diameter mm {in}
34.0 {1.340}	36.4 {1.430}	2.5	4.0 {0.160}

Install the servo return spring to the transaxle case.
Install the servo piston to the transaxle case.

Apply ATF to new O-ring and install it to the transaxle case.
O-ring inner diameter 70.2 mm {2.76 in}

Install the servo retainer by tightening the bolts evenly and gradually.
Tightening torque

11-14 N.m {113-142 kgf.cm, 97.4-123 in.lbf}
