Water Hose: Notes

Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5] .)
Remove the air cleaner and air hose as a single unit. (See INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Remove the battery tray and PCM component. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5] .)
Remove the front under cover No. 2. (See FRONT UNDER COVER NO. 1 REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Disconnect the wiring harness from the front crossmember. (Vehicle with i-ELOOP)
Drain the engine coolant. (See ENGINE COOLANT REPLACEMENT .)

Remove in the order indicated in the table.

Install in the reverse order of removal.
Add the engine coolant. (See ENGINE COOLANT REPLACEMENT .)
