Rear Blower Unit Removal/Installation

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the following parts:
    1. Side wall (See SIDE WALL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    2. Center console box (See CENTER CONSOLE BOX REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    3. Console panel (See CONSOLE PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    4. Center console (See CENTER CONSOLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    5. Shift lever knob (MTX)
    6. Selector lever knob (ATX) (See AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE SHIFT MECHANISM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    7. Shift panel (See SHIFT PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    8. Front console (See FRONT CONSOLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  3. Disconnect the rear power MOS FET connector and rear blower motor connector.

  4. Remove the bolts.
  5. Remove the rear blower unit.
  6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
