Power Seat Switch Inspection
WARNING:
- Handling a side air bag improperly can accidentally operate (deploy) the air bag, which may seriously injure you. - Switch the ignition off (LOCK).
- Disconnect the negative battery cable and wait for 1 min . (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5] .)
- Remove the front seat side cover. (See FRONT SEAT SIDE COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Remove the power seat switch. (See POWER SEAT SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Connect the power seat switch connector.
- Inspect for continuity between the power seat switch connector terminals using an ohmmeter.
- If not as specified, replace the power seat switch. (See POWER SEAT SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
