Diagnostic procedure

STEP	INSPECTION		ACTION
1	VERIFY SAS CONTROL MODULE DTC Using the M-MDS, perform the SAS control module DTC inspection. (See DTC INSPECTION [STANDARD DEPLOYMENT CONTROL SYSTEM] .) (See DTC INSPECTION [TWO-STEP DEPLOYMENT CONTROL SYSTEM] .) Are any DTCs present?	Yes	Go to the applicable DTC inspection. (See DTC TABLE [STANDARD DEPLOYMENT CONTROL SYSTEM] .) (See DTC TABLE [TWO-STEP DEPLOYMENT CONTROL SYSTEM] .) DTC troubleshooting completed, then go to the next step
1		No	Go to the next step.
2	VERIFY DTC TROUBLESHOOTING COMPLETED Using the M-MDS, clear the DTC from the DSC HU/CM. (See CLEARING DTC [DYNAMIC STABILITY CONTROL (DSC)] .) Using the M-MDS, perform the DSC HU/CM DTC inspection. (See DTC INSPECTION [DYNAMIC STABILITY CONTROL (DSC)] .) Is the same DTC present?	Yes	Repeat the inspection from Step1. If the malfunction recurs, replace the SAS control module then go to the next step. (See SAS CONTROL MODULE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [STANDARD DEPLOYMENT CONTROL SYSTEM] .) 2		No	Go to the next step.
3	VERIFY NO DTC IS PRESENT Are any DTCs present?	Yes	Go to the applicable DTC inspection. (See DTC TABLE [DYNAMIC STABILITY CONTROL (DSC)] .)
3	VERIFY NO DTC IS PRESENT Are any DTCs present?	No	DTC troubleshooting completed.
