Blower Fan Controller Removal/Installation

NOTE:
  • When removing the blower fan controller, perform the procedure in the posture shown in the figure.
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5] .)
  2. Remove the following parts:
    1. Dashboard under cover (See DASHBOARD UNDER COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    2. Side wall (passenger-side) (See SIDE WALL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    3. Front heat duct (passenger-side) (See FRONT HEAT DUCT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  3. Disconnect the connector.

  4. Rotate the blower fan controller (2) while pressing the tab (1).

  5. Remove the blower fan controller.
  6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
