Hood Latch Switch Inspection

Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (Refer to NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
Remove the front bumper. (Refer to FRONT BUMPER REMOVAL .)
Disconnect the hood latch switch connector. (Refer to HOOD LATCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Verify that the continuity is as indicated in the table.
NOTE:
- Inspect the continuity when the hood is open and closed.

- If the operation as indicated in the table cannot be verified, replace the hood latch.
