Solar Radiation Sensor Inspection

Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (Refer to NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
Remove the center speaker grille. (Refer to SPEAKER GRILLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Remove the front center speaker. (Refer to FRONT CENTER SPEAKER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Remove the solar radiation sensor. (Refer to SOLAR RADIATION SENSOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Shine a fluorescent light or expose the solar radiation sensor to natural sunlight.
Connect the positive (+) lead to terminals B, C and negative (-) lead to terminal A of the solar radiation sensor, and verify that the voltage value is output.

- If the voltage is 0 V , replace the solar radiation sensor. (Refer to SOLAR RADIATION SENSOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
