Accessory Socket Inspection: Front

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the center console box. (See CENTER CONSOLE BOX REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
3. Remove the console panel. (See CONSOLE PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
4. Remove the accessory socket. (See ACCESSORY SOCKET REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
5. Connect the tester as shown in the figure and verify that there is continuity.

• If the continuity cannot be verified, replace the accessory socket.

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
