Back-Up Light Switch Inspection

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
  2. Remove the air cleaner component. (ex: air cleaner, air hose) (See INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  3. Disconnect the back-up light switch connector. (See BACK-UP LIGHT SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [C66M-R] .)
  4. Verify that the continuity between the back-up light switch terminals is as indicated in the table.
