Continuity Inspection

- Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
- Remove the following parts:
- Outer mirror glass (See OUTER MIRROR GLASS REMOVAL .) (See OUTER MIRROR GLASS INSTALLATION .)
- Upper outer mirror garnish (See OUTER MIRROR GARNISH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Lower outer mirror garnish (See OUTER MIRROR GARNISH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Side turn light (See SIDE TURN LIGHT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Front door trim (See FRONT DOOR TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Power outer mirror connector (See POWER OUTER MIRROR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Verify that the continuity between the power outer mirror terminals and side turn light terminals are as indicated in the table.
- If not as indicated in the table, replace the power outer mirror. (See POWER OUTER MIRROR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
