Liftgate Grommet Installation Note

Engage a new liftgate grommet inner.

CAUTION:
- Install the liftgate grommet inner so that there is no gap between the liftgate grommet and the liftgate grommet inner. Otherwise, it may cause water leakage.
Install the liftgate grommet inner to the liftgate grommet.

CAUTION:
- After installing the liftgate, shake the liftgate grommet inner to verify that the tabs are securely engaged. If there is gap between the liftgate grommet and the liftgate, it may cause water leakage.
Press the liftgate grommet inner into the liftgate side as shown in the figure and engage the tabs of the liftgate grommet inner with the liftgate side.
