- The telematics communication system may not operate temporarily for reasons other than the vehicle, such as the server, communication environment, Smartphone, or an application.
- If the malfunction cause (such as server, communication environment, Smartphone, or application) is other than the vehicle, the malfunction cannot be determined even if malfunction diagnosis is performed on the vehicle.
- If there is any vehicle malfunction complaint related to the telematics communication system lodged by a customer, perform malfunction diagnosis according to the troubleshooting procedure for the telematics communication system.
