Continuity Inspection

- Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
- Remove the rear seat cushion. (See REAR SEAT CUSHION REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Remove the service hole cover. (See FUEL TANK REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Disconnect the fuel pump unit connector.
- Inspect for continuity between fuel pump unit terminals A-B.
- If there is no continuity, replace the fuel pump unit. (See FUEL PUMP UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
