Resistance Inspection

Disconnect the negative battery cable. (Refer to NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
Remove the upper column cover. (Refer to COLUMN COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Remove the meter hood. (Refer to METER HOOD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Remove the push button start. (Refer to PUSH BUTTON START REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Verify that the continuity between the push button start terminals is as indicated in the table.

- If not as indicated in the table, replace the push button start. (Refer to PUSH BUTTON START REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
