Rear Console Removal/Installation

Disconnect the negative battery cable. (Refer to NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
Remove the following parts:
1. Center console tray (Refer to CENTER CONSOLE TRAY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
2. Shift bezel (Refer to SHIFT BEZEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
3. Upper panel (Refer to UPPER PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
4. Selector lever knob (Refer to AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE SHIFT MECHANISM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
5. Shift panel (Refer to SHIFT PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
6. Console side panel (Refer to CONSOLE SIDE PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
7. Front console box (Refer to FRONT CONSOLE BOX REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
8. CD player (Refer to CD PLAYER REMOVAL .) (Refer to CD PLAYER INSTALLATION .)
9. Front console (Refer to FRONT CONSOLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
10. Side wall (Refer to SIDE WALL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Remove the screws.

Remove the wiring harness clips.
Move the rear console in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure, and while detaching the clips from the dashboard, release the guide from the parking brake lever bracket.

Remove the rear console while avoiding the selector lever and the parking brake lever.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
