- BCM detects a short to ground in the door lock-link switch unlock circuit with the front door lock-link switch (RH)/rear door lock-link switch (LH)/(RH) not unlocked.

| Possible cause |
- Front door latch and lock actuator (RH) connector or terminal malfunction
- Front door lock-link switch (RH) malfunction
- Rear door latch and lock actuator (LH) connector or terminal malfunction
- Rear door lock-link switch (LH) malfunction
- Rear door latch and lock actuator (RH) connector or terminal malfunction
- Rear door lock-link switch (RH) malfunction
- BCM connector or terminal malfunction
- Short to ground in wiring harness between the following terminals:
- Front door latch and lock actuator (RH) terminal L-BCM terminal 2M
- Rear door latch and lock actuator (LH) terminal B-BCM terminal 2M
- Rear door latch and lock actuator (RH) terminal L-BCM terminal 2M
- BCM malfunction
