Liftgate Side Trim Removal/Installation: Installation

  1. Align the fastener and the hook of the liftgate side trim, press the liftgate side trim in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure, and install the clip to the liftgate.

  2. Press the liftgate side trim in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure and install the hook and tab to the liftgate lower trim.

  3. Press the liftgate side trim in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure and install the tab to the liftgate lower trim.

  4. Install the fastener.
  5. Install the strap hanger.

  6. Press in the point A of the strap hanger.
  7. Move the hooks in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure and install the hooks to the strap hanger.

  8. Install the liftgate upper trim. (See LIFTGATE UPPER TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
