DETECTION CONDITION & POSSIBLE CAUSE

| Detection condition |
- The rear body control module (RBCM) detected the following conditions for 3 s or more with the ignition switched ON (engine off or on).
- Error signal is received from SAS control module even though the collision detection unlock function presence signal received from the rear body control module (RBCM) determines that the function is present.

- SAS control module connector or terminal malfunction
- Rear body control module (RBCM) connector or terminal malfunction
- Short to ground in wiring harness between the following terminals:
- SAS control module terminal 2B-Rear body control module (RBCM) terminal 3R
- Short to power supply in wiring harness between the following terminals:
- SAS control module terminal 2B-Rear body control module (RBCM) terminal 3R
- Open circuit in wiring harness between the following terminals:
- SAS control module terminal 2B-Rear body control module (RBCM) terminal 3R
- SAS control module malfunction
- Rear body control module (RBCM) malfunction
