Intruder Sensor Removal/Installation

  1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
  2. Remove the front map light.
  3. Remove the screws.

  4. Remove the front map light panel.
  5. While pressing the intruder sensor tabs in the direction of arrow (1) shown in the figure, pull it in the direction of arrow (2) to detach the tabs from the front map light panel.

  6. Remove the wiring harness from the front map light panel tabs.

  7. While moving the front map light panel hooks in the direction of arrow (1) shown in the figure, pull the intruder sensor in the direction of arrow (2) and detach the hooks from the tabs.

  8. Detach all the front map light panel hooks from the intruder sensor tabs and remove the intruder sensor.
  9. Install in the reverse order of removal.
