DTC U0402:68 (AWD CONTROL MODULE) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

DTC U0402:68	Error signal received from transaxle
DETECTION CONDITION	The AWD control module received error signals from the transaxle for 5 s or more with the ignition switched ON (engine off or on).
FAIL-SAFE FUNCTION	AWD operates by the specified data.
POSSIBLE CAUSE	The transaxle could not send a normal signal temporarily. (DTCs are stored in the TCM.) Transaxle malfunction AWD control module malfunction
