Windshield Wiper De-ICER Inspection

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
2. Disconnect the windshield wiper de-icer connector. (See COWL PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
3. Verify that the resistance and continuity between the windshield wiper de-icer terminals is as indicated in the table.
