Third-Row Seat Belt Removal/Installation: Notes

  WARNING:

  • If the retractor is disassembled, the third-row seat belt will not pull out or retract correctly due to looseness and excessive play. Therefore, do not disassemble the retractor.

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
2. Remove the trunk covering. (See TRUNK COVERING REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
3. Remove using the procedure shown in the figure.
