NOTE:
On California vehicles, the CIS-E control unit must be switched to output on/off ratio before diagnosing vehicle using on/off ratio tester. If CIS-E control unit is not switched to output an on/off ratio, on/off ratio output will be wrong resulting in incorrect diagnosis.
