Section 10 (Automatic A/C-Heater Systems): Description

CAUTION: When battery is disconnected, radio will go into anti-theft protection mode. Obtain radio anti-theft protection code from owner prior to servicing vehicle.

The automatic A/C-heater system consists of electrostatic dust filter, A/C push button control module, blower motor, A/C-heater blower unit, A/C compressor, switchover valve block, duovalve, auxiliary coolant pump, in-vehicle temperature sensor with aspirator motor, engine coolant temperature sensor, heater core and evaporator temperature sensors, refrigerant pressure sensor, outside (ambient) temperature sensor, auxiliary (condenser) fan relay modules and resistor, and auxiliary (condenser) fans. Residual Engine Heat Utilization (REST) mode can warm cabin with residual heat when car is off.
