Test 15: Activation Of Sun Roof Relay By Combination Control Module (Open Function)

- Using Adapter (140 589 12 63 00), connect Breakout Box (129 589 00 21 00) to combination control module. See Figure. Turn ignition switch to RUN position, measure voltage between ground and terminal No. 72 at breakout box while opening sun roof. Battery voltage should exist for about 25 seconds (sun roof opening time). If voltage is not as specified, check for power to combination control module. See TEST 14: ACTIVATION OF COMBINATION CONTROL MODULE BY SUN ROOF SWITCH (OPEN FUNCTION) . If TEST 14 is okay, go to next step.
- Using a fused jumper, connect terminals No. 44 and 72 at breakout box. Sun roof should open. If sun roof does not open, check wiring, sun roof relays and sun roof motor. See WIRING DIAGRAMS .
