If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles that the TeleAid cannot connect a call, COMAND / SOS visit workshop appears in the instrument cluster, and/or Diagnostic Trouble Code D662 is current and stored in the digital TeleAid control unit (DTA), replace the unit with the number listed below to resolve.
