Location

The belt tension sensor is located at the belt end fitting of the seat belt on the front passenger seat.

Task

The belt tension sensor determines the belt tension and makes it available to the Weight Sensing System (WSS) control unit (N110) in model 216 or the WSS (Weight Sensing System) control unit (N2/13) in model 221.
