  • Remove/install front axle - AR33.10-P-0100GZ
    • Notes
    • Attaching engine supporting frame and lifting engine - AR33.10-P-0100-01GZ
  • Remove/install front axle half - AR33.10-P-0200GZ
  • Replace front axle carrier bearing - AR33.10-P-0040GZ
  • Remove/install front axle carrier bearing - AR33.10-P-0040-01GZ
  • Remove/install front axle shaft flange and double-row angular ball bearing - AR33.20-P-0315GZ
    • Notes
    • Pressing out and pulling in front axle shaft flange - AR33.20-P-0315-01GZ
    • Pulling double-row angular ball bearing out and in - AR33.20-P-0315-03GZ
  • Remove/install rubber mounts of transverse control arms - AR33.20-P-0400GZO
  • Remove/install rubber mounts of transverse control arms - AR33.20-P-0400GZU
  • Checking follower joint of steering knuckle mount (installed) - AR33.20-P-0426GZ
  • Check front axle supporting joints - AR33.20-P-0429GZ
  • Replace supporting joint - AR33.20-P-0440GZ
    • Notes
    • Pressing out and attaching supporting joint at steering knuckle - AR33.20-P-0440-01GZ
  • Remove/install upper control arm - AR33.20-P-0500
    • Remove/install upper control arm - AR33.20-P-0500GZ
    • Remove/install upper control arm - AR33.20-P-0500GZA
  • Remove/install lower wishbone - AR33.20-P-0510GZ
  • Remove/install steering knuckle - AR33.25-P-0400GZ
  • Remove/install front axle gear - AR33.30-P-0525GZ
  • Replace shaft seal on drive pinion - AR33.30-P-0530GZ
  • Remove/install radial shaft seal at front axle gear of front axle shaft - AR33.30-P-0545
    • Remove/install radial shaft seal at front axle gear of front axle shaft - AR33.30-P-0545GZ
    • Remove/install radial shaft seal at front axle gear of front axle shaft - AR33.30-P-0545GZA
  • Remove/install front axle shafts - AR33.30-P-0620GZ
  • Replace rubber boots on front axle shaft - AR33.30-P-0660GZ
    • Notes
    • Detaching and attaching rubber boots at joint - AR33.30-P-0660-01GZ
    • Driving out and pressing on outer joint - AR33.30-P-0660-02GZ
  • Remove/install front axle gear rubber mounts - AR33.30-P-5000GZ

  • Inspect front axle joint for play, inspect rubber boots - AP33.20-P-3353GZ
