Different performance maps for the engine control can be stored or activated with the correction programming in the ME control unit.

The correction programming can be carried out with STAR Diagnosis when ignition is "ON", via the data link connector.

The following maps can be influenced:

Ignition maps for adapting to different fuel quality (except )
Mixture maps for enriching the air/fuel mixture in different operating states (except )
Idle speed for engaged drive position
Fault setting conditions for rendering smooth engine running (recognition less sensitive)
