Remove/Install Leak Oil Line To Injectors - Ar07.03-D-9105SF

ENGINES 642.896 /898 /992 /993 in MODEL 906

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
DANGER Risk of explosion  caused by fuel igniting, risk of poisoning  caused by inhaling and swallowing fuel and risk of injury  to eyes and skin caused by contact with fuel No fire, sparks, open flames or smoking.
Pour fuels only into suitable and appropriately marked containers.
Wear protective clothing when handling fuel.		 AS47.00-Z-0001-01A
1 Remove air intake hose downstream of air filter   AR09.10-D-8030SF
2 Remove engine trim panel On engine 642.992/993 AR01.10-D-2405SF
3 Remove bracket (7) with glow output stage (N14/3) and lay down to side On engine 642.896/898  
    IMPORTANT Unclip coolant hose (8) from bracket (9). Do not disconnect electrical connectors from glow output stage (N14/3).  
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA09.41-N-1002-01O 
4 Remove trim panel on right cylinder head cover   AR01.20-D-5015SF
5 Remove trim panel on left cylinder head cover   AR01.20-D-5015SG
6 Pull retaining rings (6) upward and remove leak oil line (1) from right and left injectors (arrows) IMPORTANT Seal off connections with plugs.  
    IMPORTANTInstallation:  Leak oil line (1) connectors for must engage audibly at injector connection fittings.
Check sealing rings for damage, if necessary, replace leak oil line (1)

7 Unclip leak oil line (1) from coolant thermostat (11) On engine 642.896/898  
8.1 Pull retainer (10) and disconnect leak oil line (1) from fuel line (3) With engine 642.896/898/993  
    IMPORTANT Seal off connections with plugs.
IMPORTANTInstallation:  Check sealing ring for damage, replace leak oil line (1) if necessary.

    IMPORTANT Seal off connections with plugs.
IMPORTANTInstallation:  Check clamp, replace if necessary.

9 Remove bolts (2) and bracket (4) With engine 642.992  
10 Remove bolts (5) TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA07.16-N-1006-01B 
11 Remove rail on left cylinder bank   AR07.03-D-1010SF 
12 Lead out leak oil line (1) at right and left cylinder head and take off IMPORTANT On engine 642.992 lift fuel line (3) on left cylinder head to lead out leak oil line (1)
IMPORTANTInstallation:  Note installation position of leak oil line (1).		  
13 Install in the reverse order    
DANGER Risk of accident  caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury  caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself.
Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes.
Do not touch hot or rotating parts.		 AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
14 Test run engine and check leak oil line (1) for leakage
