TOPIC

When coding Injector in ME on an M278 the OEM sticker showing the original factory installed injectors is different on an M278 compared to a M276.

CAUSE / EXPLANATION

As long as an injector has not been replaced, there is a sticker at the front of the air engine that will show the injector coding. If still unsure whether injectors have been replaced, you can still cross reference data in Vedoc. Additionally, when injectors are replaced, please cross off the data for the replaced injector on the OEM sticker

CORRECTION

If coding M278 injectors, the five zero's & letter 'R' ("00000R") familiar from the M276 are not on the M278. Instead only the letter "R" separates the right bank injectors from the left bank injectors.
