COMPLAINT
Vehicle intermittently cannot be opened via Keyless-Go.
Vehicle intermittently cannot be started via Keyless-Go.
Vehicle intermittently cannot be opened via radio remote control (FFB).
Keyless-Go completely inoperative.
(Keyless-Go control unit is off line, and missing from the Quick Test. It will come back online if power is reset.)
CAUSE
Faulty software in Keyless-Go control unit
Affected software numbers:
A 212 902 83 06
A 222 902 16 08
REMEDY
Install latest Keyless-Go software in control unit.
(The Keyless-Go control unit may need to be reset by removing power prior to installing the software)
