	Remove/install
1	Switch off ignition and remove transmitter keys
2.1	Remove intake manifold	ENGINE 276.9 in MODEL 204 ENGINE 276.9 in MODEL 207
			AR09.20-P-1961FH
2.2	Remove upper engine covers	ENGINE 276.8, 278 in MODEL 207
2.3	Detach vacuum reservoir from bracket for ME-SFI [ME] control unit	ENGINE 276.9 in MODEL 204.9
3.1	Remove both air filter housings	ENGINE 276.8, 278 in MODEL 207

3.2	Remove air filter housing (2)	ENGINE 276.9 in MODEL 204, 207
		Bolt, air filter to cylinder head cover	*BA09.10-P-1001-01M
		Bolt, air filter to air intake pipe support brace	*BA09.10-P-1002-01M
4	Remove insulation at both rails
5	Detach electrical connections (4) from ignition coils (T1/1 to T1/6 or T1/1 to T1/8)
6	Remove screw/bolts (5) of ignition coils (T1/1 to T1/6 and T1/1 to T1/8)	Screw/bolt, ignition coil to cylinder head cover	*BA15.10-P-1001-04A
7	Pull off ignition coils (T1/1 to T1/6 and T1/1 to T1/8) with spark plug connectors (a) upwards and out	The ignition coils (T1/1 to T1/6 or T1/1 to T1/8) and the spark plug connector (a) create a unit and can therefore only be removed and replaced together.
	Check
8	Check ignition coils (T1/1 to T1/6 or T1/1 to T1/8) and spark plug connectors (a)	If damage is present: ↓ Check respective ignition coils (T1/1 to T1/6 or T1/1 to T1/8) and spark plug connectors (a)
9	Install in the reverse order
10	Read out fault memory using the diagnostic system and clear if necessary
