Function requirements, general 

• No undervoltage or overvoltage (consumer shutoff not active)
• Circuit 15R ON
• Transport mode not activated (as of 1.6.12)

If the consumer shutoff is active, comfort heating is switched off. Detailed information about the consumer shutoff can be found in the "Energy Management Function" function description.

Comfort heating, general information 

The comfort heating comprises the following functions:

• Steering wheel heater (LRH), function (with code (443) Steering wheel heater) 
• Front seat heater function (with code (873) Left and right front seat heater or code (401) Front comfort seats incl. seat heating and seat ventilation) 
• Rear heated seats function (with code (872) Electric seat heater for left and right rear seat) 
• Electric seat ventilation, function (with code (401) Front comfort seats, incl. seat heating and seat ventilation)
