COMPLAINT

When reverse gear is engaged or when the 360° camera is activated manually via the function bar in the cockpit, the 360° camera system may show no image in the COMAND display.

The fault message "360° Camera System Unavailable" appears in the COMAND display.

REMEDY

Program 360° camera control unit (N148) with new software.

The new software is available with XENTRY DVD 03/2014 and add-on 3644 or with XENTRY DVD 05/2014 and add-on 3667.
