	Injury hazard from pinching and crushing, in extreme cases extremities can even be cut off when caught in windshield wiper mechanism.	When working on the windshield wiper mechanism, always switch off the ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (at least 2 m).	AS82.30-Z-0001-01A

7	Cut out windshield (1) with window removal tool		AR67.10-P-1000-11SX
8	Remove windshield (1) from body with cup suction tools	Helper required.
	Install
9	Open driver door side window	Open side window in driver door until adhesive has cured (idle time). This prevents the windshield (1) from being pressed outwards by the sudden air pressure when the doors are closed.
10	Prepare body flange for installation of window		AR67.10-P-1501-01P
	General notes about painting the body flange in the glazing area		AH98.00-P-9408-06A
		Wear cotton gloves. Ensure that no fingerprints are present in the area of the bonding surface. The bonding surface should be free of dust, oil, grease, wax and other adhesive components or dirt residues. Otherwise the adhesive force of the glue starts to decrease. 14	Remove protective foil from rubber window spacers
15	Apply adhesive material	Wear cotton gloves. Ensure that no fingerprints are present in the area of the bonding surface. The bonding surface should be free of dust, oil, grease, wax and other adhesive components or dirt residues. Otherwise the adhesive force of the glue starts to decrease. Install windshield (1) within 5 min. after applying adhesive. Otherwise the adhesive force of the glue starts to decrease.	AR67.10-P-1000-08P

16	Install windshield (1)	Move vehicle only after adhesive has dried. Observe the drying time specified by the adhesive manufacturer. To ensure sufficient strength of the adhesive. The hood must be closed.	AR67.10-P-1503-01P
