REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove ENGINE cover INSTALLATION IMPORTANT : Ensure correct seating of the ENGINE cover.  
2 Remove ENGINE air intake duct downstream of air filter   AR09.10-P-8130OGR
3 Remove left and right air filter housing   AR09.10-P-1150OGR
4 Remove left or right sound dampener on cylinder head cover    
5 Replace the combustion chamber sensor (B4/34, B4/35, B4/36, B4/37, B4/38, B4/39) ENGINE 642 in model 166, 292

    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Combustion chamber pressure sensor to cylinder head *BA07.04-P-1018-01G 
6 Connect diagnostic system and read out fault memory; delete if necessary    
REFER TO SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS     AD00.00-P-2000-04A
7 Install in the reverse order
