	Remove/install
1	Remove door lining from front door	MODEL 166 with CODE 221 (Central locking) with CODE 583 (Front power windows (2 doors) with convenience feature) with CODE Z04 (Light armoring) with CODE Z05 (B5 armoring on special protection version)	AR72.10-P-1000GQS
2	Unscrew bolts from front reinforcement (11) and remove reinforcement	MODEL 166 with CODE Z05 (B5 armoring on special protection version)
3	Unclip electrical connector for electric outside mirror (4), electrical connect for door tweeter (5), electrical connector for power window (7) and airbag crash sensor wiring harness (2)	Additionally unclip power window electrical connector (7) from door module.
4	Unhook door control unit (6) from door module
5	Unscrew bolts from door module (arrows)
6	Remove linkage for release button (1) and wire for inner door operation (3) from door module
7	Disconnect electrical connector for door lock from door lock
8	Remove door module (8) from front door	Helper required.
9	Remove bolts from cover (9)
10	Remove electrical connector on cover (10) for left front door electrical connector (X35/1) or right front door electrical connector (X35/2)
11	Disconnect left front electrical connector (X35/1) or right front door electrical connector (X35/2) and remove wiring harness set from front door	Pull locking tab down on left front door electrical connector (X351) or right front door electrical connector (X352).
12	Carefully lay door module down to side	The door module is still connected to the front door by the KEYLESS-GO cable set due to the design of the light armoring (code Z04, Z05).
13	Disconnect electrical connector from door handle and electrical connector from door lock	MODEL 166.0 with CODE Z04 (Light armoring) with CODE Z05 (B5 armoring on special protection version)	AR72.10-P-4011GQS
14	Remove all detachable parts from door module
15	Install in the reverse order
