REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Perform enable for the high voltage on-board electrical system Engine 276 in model 166.063 AR54.10-P-1150GQA
2 Remove partition wall between wheel wells Engine 276 in model 251 AR62.30-P-2400RT
3 Remove windshield wiper system Engine 276.8 in model 251 AR82.30-P-6400RT
4.1 Remove front upper engine cover Engine 276.9 in model 166, 251  
4.2 Remove upper engine cover Engine 276.8 in model 166, 251, 292  
5.1 Remove ME-SFI [ME} control unit and bracket for control unit Engine 276.9 in model 166, 251 AR07.08-P-7008GQ
5.2 Remove left-hand air filter housing Engine 276.8 in model 166, 251, 292 AR09.10-P-1150GQC
6 Remove rear heat shield on the left from ATL Engine 276.8 in model 166, 251, 292 AR49.10-P-5500GQC
7 Remove heat shield holder on the left behind the ATL Engine 276.8 in model 166, 292  
8 Remove left catalytic converter Engine 276.8 in model 251 AR49.10-P-5500GQC
9 Remove screws (1, 2) and heat shield (3) for crankshaft Hall sensor (B70)    
10 Disconnect electrical line (4) on crankshaft Hall sensor (B70)    
11 Remove screw (5) and crankshaft Hall sensor (B70) upwards TORQUE SPECIFICATION Bolt, crankshaft Hall sensor to crankcase *BA15.10-P-1001-03E 
12 Install in the reverse order    
13 Read out fault memory using the diagnostic system and clear if necessary    
REFER TO SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS     AD00.00-P-2000-04A
WARNING Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts. AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
14 Conduct engine test run and check the engine for oil loss
