REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove high-voltage battery Model 166.063 with engine 276  
      AR54.10-P-1140GQA
2 Remove right side of panel in trunk Model 166.8 with engine 157, 276, 278  
      AR68.30-P-4800GQX
3 Remove load compartment floor (1) Model 166.0 with engine 157, 276, 278
Model 292 with engine 157, 276, 278
 
4 Hammer back soft trim (2) and remove cover on FSCU (N118) Model 166.0, 292 with engine 157, 276, 278  
5 Remove cover over the FSCU (N118) Model 166.063 with engine 276  
6 Unscrew nuts (4) and remove FSCU (N118)    
7 Release and disconnect electrical connections (3) from the fuel system control unit (N118)    
8 Install in the reverse order    
9 Activate FSCU (N118) using diagnostic system
